My name is Ahmadreza Ahrarnejad and I was born on January 26th, 1971. I pursued a degree in solid mechanics at the university due to my personal interest in the subject. While studying at the university, I contemplated launching a business alongside my education. In 1998, my university classmate and I embarked on this venture. Over the years, we have consistently worked towards improving our business. However, my fascination with management eventually prompted me to step down from my executive position. Instead, I began mentoring managers and boards of directors in similar businesses.
In 2015, I wrote a book called "16 Commandments for Success," driven by my personal interest in management issues. The purpose behind creating this website is to share up-to-date content in management and organization, with a specific focus on leadership, organizational culture, strategy, and human resources.
