The introduction of essentialism

The introduction of essentialism

by احمدرضا احرارنژاد / Tuesday, 12 October 2021 / Published in Book introduction

In “essentialism” you learn to live a life you love, not the life you are expected to live. It shows you a way in which you can be more efficient and more effective in both private and professional life. It shows you a systematic way to identify important subjects and omit trivial ones, and teaches you the simplest way to perform necessary tasks.

In our opinion “Essentialism” means to do something quickly and easily. Essentialists evaluate a wide variety of choices in a systematic way before starting a task. Because they are committed to one or two ideas or task and do that with all their might. They investigate more options consciously at the beginning to make sure they have chosen the right way to continue.

“It is always heard and it is true that you can achieve more by doing more.  But the writer of this book shows that there is a limitation for the statement above. For after a while, doing more, necessarily doesn’t lead to a better result and the less effort the better result is being replaced. And this book is about the importance of this principle.
