A Leadership Lesson from Wolves

The three wolves in front of the pack are all sick and old. They are responsible to set the pace of the running group and as a result to ensure that they will not leave it. The next five wolves are among the strongest and the best in the pack, they are tasked with the job of protecting the front of the pack if there is an attack. The wolves in the middle are protected from any attack. The last five wolves are also from the strongest and best. They are tasked with the job of protecting the back of the pack if there is an attack. The last wolf is the leader and guarantees that no one is left behind.  He unifies the pack and keeps the wolves on the same path. And is a kind of bodyguard to the group. If someone wants to know the true meaning of leadership, leadership does not mean being in front of the group, but taking care of the whole group.
