People as founders of organizations sometimes have complexity in their speech and behavior which often makes our behavior vague to our audiences. As a result, the tendency to develop codes of conduct as a guide for proper personal behavior in organizations is increasing. Every organization should have codes of conduct, these codes are both a behavioral guide inside the organization and values and commitments outside the organization. Best performance takes place when employees behave properly even when they are not supervised, but do employees know which behaviors are right or wrong in different occasions? Codes of Conduct clarify the organizational and behavioral values that the organization encourage its leaders and employees to live. They empower employees to deal with the ethical dilemmas they face every day.
Codes of conduct:
- Prevent injustice·
- Develop morality among people
- Evolve people’s best performance
- Remind people of their social responsibilities in organization
- lead to a high standard in the organization

Having a proper behavior in different situations is an important reason for having codes of conduct in the organization. Codes of conduct allow employees to better understand the difference between right and wrong, good and bad, justice and injustice. They allow people to set high behavioral standards.
