Whiplash, Hollywood masterpiece, is the second film of “Chassis Damien”. He is both the screenwriter and the director of this movie. In “Whiplash” the dreams come true in a logical and ordinary way, which is desire and effort.
Fletcher (drama instructor) forces students to fight against each other. He creates such a competitive spirit among them which leads to the point of dying to make progress and correct mistakes. He physically and linguistically forces them to rehearse for long hours so that blood, sweat, and tears flow from the entire drama kit, and students scream in pain in the hallways.

This film can be used for a better understanding of issues such as goal setting, motivation, development and resilience. A motivational film that for many of us can be a good illustration of educational concepts.
