من احمد رضا احرارنژاد، متولد ششم فروردین 1349هستم، در دانشگاه به دلیل علاقه شخصی در رشتهی مهندسی مکانیک گرایش طراحی جامدات ادامه تحصیل دادم. فعالیت حرفهای خودم را از سال 1372 آغاز کردم. نقطهی عطف زندگی حرفهای من تاسیس شرکت به همراه دوست صمیمیام می باشد.
در حال حاضر رئیس هیات مدیره یک گروه صنعتی بزرگ می باشم و با توجه به علاقهای که به مباحث مدیریتی به ویژه فرهنگ سازمانی دارم کتاب شانزده فرمان را ترجمه و تالیف کردم. هدفم از ایجاد سایت به اشتراک گذاشتن مطالب به روز حوزهی مدیریت و سازمان با تمرکز بر مباحث رهبری، فرهنگ سازمانی، استراتژی و منابع انسانی می باشد.
